GENERAL FAQs: Can I use the Unlimited Wash Club at all 5 locations? Yes What is the difference between the Touchless and Soft Touch washes? A Touchless Wash cleans your vehicle using detergent solution and high-pressure water. This is a high performance wash that can be used as frequently as you'd like. The System works by spraying your vehicle with hot water that contains a presoak solution. This solution penetrates and lifts dirt and road film from your vehicle's surface. Using a high-pressure water spray, the dirt is removed. The vehicle is then rinsed with spot-free water and dried. All this occurs without brushes or other materials touching the vehicle. For the cleanest maintenance of your vehicle, the Touchless wash should occasionally be supplemented with a Soft Touch Wash. A Soft Touch Wash is a full-body detergent coverage using soft brushes to effectively remove stubborn soil from your vehicle's surface, High pressure rinse and blown dry. The Soft Touch Wash is recommended for heavily soiled vehicles or as a thorough wash occasionally to supplement your Touchless Wash. How do I purchase a gift card? To purchase a gift card, please see our attendant 7 days a week between 7 am and 7 pm at one of these convenient Pittsfield locations: 560 Tyler Street or 103 Elm Street. Can my pickup truck with an open bed go through the washes? Yes, as long as there is no sand, dirt or debris in the bed of the vehicle. MEMBERSHIP FAQs: How do I sign up for the Unlimited Wash Club membership? Visit either Elm St. or Tyler St. car wash and choose your plan at the exterior wash drive-up teller machine. You'll need your credit card to purchase. Then drive through to see the attendant to finish the process. You're on your way! Is my credit card charged every month? Yes it is, until you cancel your membership. How do I cancel my membership? Membership may be canceled by providing 5 days written notice to Patriot Car Wash, 7 Westview Rd, Pittsfield, MA 01201 When is my credit card charged? Your credit card is charged on the monthly anniversary date of your signup. What happens if I sell my vehicle? Contact the office by calling 413.236.5777 to update your membership with your new vehicle information. How many vehicles does my membership cover? Only the car listed on your application is eligible for the wash club plan purchased, and it must have a Patriot Car Wash RFID tag affixed to the vehicle. I am going to be out of town for an extended period of time, is it possible to suspend my membership? Yes, simply call the office at 413.236.5777 to have your membership suspended while you are away. Am I able to change my plan? Yes, simply call the office at 413.236.5777. Are upgrades available per visit? Yes, members may upgrade to a different wash and pay the difference at the time of the wash. Wash Codes and Wash Cards that were issued through our old system will not work.
